CANAL BARGE COMPANY JOB DESCRIPTION COOK Canal Barge LLC Cooks work on our fleet of Inland Towing Vessels. The primary responsibilities of Cooks are to provide well-balanced, nutritious meals for CBC vessel employees while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly galley.
