Position Summary The Pastry Cook produces Wythe's pastry to standard, across dessert, viennoiserie, afternoon tea, amenities, and events. The work runs from daily projects and set up through execution, always to the standard of delicious, beautiful pastry. While responsible for their own station, a Pastry Cook is part of a team and supports every member of it, from dishwashers to fellow cooks. Pastry reaches nearly every guest at Wythe, and it is part of what forms the hotel's identity. Key Resp
