As a PM Security Agent, you’ll be a trusted presence throughout the property, protecting our guests, employees, and hotel while responding confidently and professionally when it matters most.
Primary Duties :
Patrol hotel property, including guest areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, entrances, and other designated locations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Monitor hotel activity and respond promptly to security concerns, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
Provide a visible security presence throughout the property while maintaining a professional, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor.
Respond to and document incidents involving guests, employees, property damage, accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters.
Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports and maintain required security logs and documentation.
