Sous Chef

Zoli is growing its management team and is in search of another sous chef. Sous chefs are members of the restaurant’s creative engine and participate in daily cooking and menu changes. A willingness to be dynamic and involved are crucial. Experience working with wood fire is a plus but not necessary.
