Qualified applicants should: - Have 2+ years of bartending experience in casual upscale dining (fine dining a plus) - Highly experienced in classic cocktails, spirits, and wine. - Have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ingredients. - Be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment. - Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is a must.
