Tachi is a fast-paced omakase counter and sake bar in Hell’s Kitchen. Guests order using a simple checklist and hand it to the chef. This role is not traditional table service. You are running the room, managing the flow, and guiding the guest experience. We are fairly new and are already seeing busy services. What You’ll Do Greet guests and manage the door and waitlist Explain how ordering works and answer questions Guide guests on selections and upsell when appropriate, especially
