Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional food and beverage service throughout breakfast and lunch periods.
Guide guests through menu selections, including daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate with culinary and support teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, allergens, and restaurant promotions.
Ensure tables are properly prepared, maintained, and reset according to outlet standards.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and side work assignments.
Build rapport with guests through personalized, engaging interactions that reflect Wynn's commitment to luxury hospitality.
Adhere to all company, departmental, health, and safety standards. Must be at least 21 years of age.
