Summary: We call our bartenders “Brewleggers.” All Brewleggers train and work an occasional kitchen shift. Flexible part-time hours starting at $6/hr team tip pool (most staff average $10-$15/hr in tips = $16-$21/hr on average) and $15/hr for kitchen shifts and training hours. Monthly profit sharing for all staff based on hours worked. Must be able to work weekends and nights.
