Overview The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals Take food orders for sit down and to-go orders. Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc. Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
