BUBA Bureka is a bureka shop in the heart of Greenwich Village. We're entirely focused on perfecting the bureka: a flaky, savory Mediterranean pastry served with briny pickles, crushed tomato, and a jammy egg. We're open from breakfast into the night, we launch a new flavor every week, and our new Bubaton line is selling out.
