Busser PURPOSE: The Busser is responsible for assisting the Servers, Bar Team, and Kitchen Team in servicing guests promptly service with genuine hospitality. The Busser fully understands our cycle of service and are responsible for maintaining the flow and pace of an experience from start to finish. Bussers have a complete knowledge of our tools, steps of service, sections, table numbers, positions numbers, traffic pattern and a working understanding of assigned menu items. All duties are to be
