About the job

The primary responsibility of the food runner is to expedite all food orders taken by the bartenders and food servers to the guest quickly. The food runner is responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while representing the brand positively at all times. • Serve food in a timely manner. • Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests. • Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs. • Describe in detail the preparation methods and ingredients of all the menu items. • Carry multiple dishes (up to 3 at one time) in one hand without tray service.
