The Chef de Partie at H. Valley will take ownership of a kitchen station while supporting daily production for our seasonal market. This cook will help create beautiful, thoughtful takeaway food—from composed salads and vegetable dishes to proteins, sandwiches and prepared meals—approached through a Michelin-starred lens. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented and passionate about exceptional ingredients, seasonality and consistently excellent execution.
