Prep Cook

The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Prep Cook for Epicerie Boulud, a high-end gourmet French specialty store featuring house-made charcuterie, bread, artisan cheeses, salads/sandwiches, pastry/viennoiserie and seafood. The cook will work on both prep and service of menu items including gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups. They must have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes, complete basic mathematical calculations, and possess strong communicatio
