We are looking for a nice experienced cook/bartender who will prepare food as if it was for there Nona and serve it a few nights a week behind the bar and or play bartender. The ideal person has a love of food, a great attitude and is happy cooking a bean as well as making sausage. We work as a team milling flour for bread, cleaning fishies (especially anchovies), butchering and a cooking veggies from local farms..
