We are one of the 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an association of worldwide independent hotel and restaurant owners. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment in a culinary focused restaurant. Experience with Garde Manger and Sauté stations are helpful. This role involves preparation and presentation to high-quality and consistent standards. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Manage Garde Manger duties, including salads, Hot and cold appetizers, and soups
Execute Sauté station responsibilities, maintaining timing and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Participate in menu development and daily specials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaura
