This is an Americana bistro-style kitchen serving oysters, burgers, braised meat sandwiches, salads, and late-night food to a busy dining room and bar crowd. The kitchen is compact, the work comes in waves, and teamwork matters. Everyone helps wherever needed — including occasional dishwashing and general cleaning duties.
