This position typically starts at $7.50 per hour and works a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
Servers create the extraordinary by assisting patrons with food and beverage selections, offering recommendations, delivering orders, refilling beverages, and ensuring all needs are met throughout the dining experience. Team members are knowledgeable about all menu offerings and specials, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and deliver service in an upbeat, positive manner. Servers build rapport by learning guest names, suggesting items, and offering helpful guidance. • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads ‑ up, ready ‑ to ‑ serve mentality. • Greets all guests and fellow team members warmly and professionally, in line with our Family Style Service culture. • Prepares dining areas by setting tables and ensuring all condiments, utensils, menus, and service items are stocked and presentable. • Provides fast, friendly, professional service by presenting menus, answering questions, suggesting food and beverage selections, and promoting specials and events. • Accurately records and transmits orders to the kitchen and bar, noting timing, dietary needs, and special requests. • Serves food and beverages correctly b
