SUMMARY Performs a variety of duties related to dish room services including scrubbing totes, buckets, machine parts, utensils, and maintaining organization in the dish room. Other duties include aiding in maintaining a clean, safe and sanitized dish room, and adhering to all USDA/FDA specifications and procedures.
