Beckon is seeking an exemplary bar-chef & beverage professional to assist with the production of our cocktail program and participate in 4 x nightly dinner service. This position is first and foremost a culinarily savvy and hospitality-minded professional who loves service but also happens to be efficient, creative and knowledgeable behind the bar. Responsibilities of this position include: Assisting in the production of cocktails Full attention to the tasting menu, wine pairings and by the glas
