Restaurant Manager Position Summary The Manager is the operational, cultural, and brand leader of our upscale sports bar. This role requires an experienced hospitality professional with a minimum of 6+ years of Manager experience , a deep and genuine knowledge of global and domestic sports , and a strong presence within the local community. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a high-volume, polished operation and stepping out into the community to build relationships, drive events, and create a destination for sports fans, clubs, and organizations. This is a highly visible role requiring leadership, charisma, strategic thinking, and a passion for hospitality and sports culture. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience • Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams to uphold high performance and accountability • Create a culture of professionalism, energy, and hospitality aligned with an upscale sports bar environment • Maintain strong floor presence during peak business hours, major sporting events, and special activations Community Engagement & Event Development • Actively cultivate relationships within the local community , including clubs, leagues, associations, and fan groups • Leverage existing connections—and build new ones—to bring in watch parties, private events, sponsor nights, and group reservations • Be visible
