Bacchus Management Group is opening a new restaurant, The Old Post Office, in Burlingame, California. We’re looking to add a full-time sommelier to help oversee beverage operations, with a very large wine program consisting of roughly 4,000 selections. The start date would be mid July, with an expected opening day of the restaurant in early September.
