The Casual Dining Food Server is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and engaging service to guests within Wynn Las Vegas. This role ensures guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience through knowledgeable menu recommendations, attentive service, and a commitment to operational excellence.
The Food Server serves as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their dining experience, balancing exceptional hospitality with the pace and energy of a high-volume casual dining environment while upholding Wynn’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests throughout the dining experience.
Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while delivering exceptional hospitality.
Order Taking & Menu Knowledge
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage selections.
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders, including modifications and dietary restrictions.
Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu familiarity.
Communicate menu items clearly and answer guest questions with confidence.
Food & Beverage Service
Serve food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor table progress and coordinate service flo
