Sous Chef

We are hiring a sous chef to help run our small Brooklyn restaurant 4-5 days a week. The job would entail staff management, mise en place, working service, closing and occasional opening duties, and menu input. Gigi's main focus is a chicken rotisserie and wine program. Around that we have a small menu of creative, very dialed charcuterie and vegetable dishes. We're looking to expand our menu with another creative mind on staff.
