sous chef/line cook

New (hoping to open by Wednesday 9/23) bar in Crown Heights seeking a chef/cook to work 4-5 shifts (2pm-12am) and run kitchen. Total kitchen staff will likely consist of two cooks and a potential shared prep person between kitchen and bar. Food menu is tight- handheld 'drinking food' like bacon-wrapped hot dogs, compound butter and bread, and a range of savory, briney, salty, vinegary small bites. Ideal candidate is excited about helming their own program with limited oversight by owner/operator
