On Call Banquet Captain

The Denver Athletic Club is looking for an on-call Banquet Captain to join the team!WHAT is the job: Banquet Captain! You will be responsible for preparation of events, assigning banquet staff to work areas, reevaluate staff distribution to ensure function set-up times are on track and will be ready as identified in the BEO, coordinate event conclusion time-line with Banquet Manager and outside vendors, conduct pre-shift meetings, execute event according to BEO's, ensure bar and vendor time-line
