Overview Reports To: Security & Loss Prevention Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly / Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week), Seasonal (November - May) Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Primarily weekends (Friday - Sunday), with possible weekday evening shifts depending on scheduling, up to 30 hours per week. Position Summary: The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property at Brighton Resort. Working under the direction of the Security & Loss Prevention Manager, the Officer provides visible patrol presence, responds to incidents, deters theft and trespassing, and supports guest and employee safety. The Officer works alongside on-duty and off-duty law enforcement officers (LEOs) whenever a matter is criminal or legal in nature, documenting incidents and assisting until law enforcement takes over. The Officer is an unarmed private security officer and does not hold law enforcement authority.
