This is a hands-on position for a strong, well-rounded cook who can confidently work all stations on the line and help keep the kitchen organized and coordinated throughout service. The Lead Line Cook will take ownership of their assigned station while also helping the Chef and other line cooks manage ticket flow, timing, communication, and overall execution. T
