Walrus Rodeo is an independently owned and operated wood-fired pizzeria in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood. We've been recognized, both locally and nationally, for our food and hospitality by outlets such as The Michelin Guide, The New York Times, The Infatuation, and more. Owned by the same team behind Boia De, Walrus Rodeo brings its own unique flair to the Miami dining scene. We are currently looking for someone to join our management team as a sous chef. The right candidate should take pri
