Prep Cook

Arbella is looking for a part-time prep cook. 2-3 shifts a week, but could transition into more as we get into our busier season. We are looking for someone to prep in the early evenings, so could be a great second or side-job to supplement your current income if you have a daytime prep-job! Requirements: -Serv-safe certification -Ability to follow recipes, label and date prepped ingredients, and maintain cleanliness. -Some knife skills but chef-level knife work not required.
