Prep Cook

We are currently looking for an AM Prep Cook to join our kitchen. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, hardworking, punctual, eager to learn new things. Key Responsibilities: Wash, cut, chop, slice, peel, and portion ingredients Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other daily prep items Butcher and debone chicken and duck Follow prep lists, food-safety, storage, and labeling procedures Keep the prep area clean, organized, and sanitary Assist with restocking, dishwashing
