Tolo
Tolo is looking for an experienced (1-2 years) line cook for immediate hire, before we start our busy holiday season. Unlike most kitchens, in this one, you start on sauté side and once you've mastered the prep and service that goes into that station, you will be trained on the other two, wok and chef stations (cold apps/GM, oven, steamer, dessert, and expediter.) Wok experience is a plus. Having a NYCDOH food handler's license is preferred.
