As our Sushi Line Cook you will prepare, plate, and serve high-quality sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi) in a fast-paced environment, strictly adhering to food safety standards. You will be responsible for filleting fish, making sushi rice, creating sauces, maintaining station inventory, and ensuring consistent
