The AM Server with F&B 575 LLC at Aman New York maintains all dining room environments and equipment. The Server is responsible for ensuring the dining room is clean and tidy, assisting guests when they have questions about the menus/wine list, taking guests’ orders, anticipating guests’ needs and addressing them accordingly.
