Position Summary: This position represents the restaurant with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while selling and serving a fine dining experience. A Server Assistant must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a polite and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. The position functions as an assistant to the Server or Captain in the basic steps of service throughout a guest’s experience. Job Responsibilities: Primary duties
