The Role… As a Barback, you are the backbone of the bar, ensuring bartenders can deliver exceptional service by keeping everything stocked, organized, and ready. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, but it is also the foundation for building knowledge and skills to grow within the company. About this Bar: [ https://www.threestar.bar/ ] Main Duties, but are not limited to… • Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless throughout every shift. • Anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits, beer, juice, syrups, garnishes, and glassware • Maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow • Assist with prep tasks such as juicing, cutting garnishes, and batching syrups • Help with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar after service • Learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques to build a foundation for growth • Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service • Work as a team player, supporting floor staff, bartenders, and bar leadership where needed Required Skills/Qualifications • Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required • Strong work ethic, organization, and the abil
