The Assistant Casino Manager-Slots is responsible for supervising Slot Staff, verifying transactions and payouts, and assisting the Casino Manager-Slots. Monitors compliance with all established companies, departments, and regulatory agency rules and regulations; provides training feedback, and disciplinary action regarding these rules and regulations. • Responsible for monitoring staffing levels, bank/floor assignments, daily and weekly schedules to include breaks.
• Directly responsible for training slot employees, providing each with knowledge and appropriate directions to perform his/her responsibilities
