Overview The Host is the first point of contact for our dining guests, managing warm welcomes, seating, and table service support. This entry-level role reports to the Food + Beverage Manager and requires no prior hospitality experience. Success in this role looks like a welcoming, well-run front door and steady support for servers and bussers during peak periods. This is a seasonal position requiring weekend and holiday availability. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long. Responsibilities Excellence in Execution Perform opening and closing service duties with precision. Complete waste management, inventory replenishment, and equipment maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean, well-organized service environment. Serve First Warmly welcome and seat guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Share daily specials and seasonal menu offerings with guests. Offer personalized recommendations aligned with guest preferences and dietary needs. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the visit and address needs promptly. Assist with delivering food and beverages when needed.
