Overview The Server delivers table service, takes guest orders, and coordinates with the kitchen and bar via point-of-sale technology. This role reports to the Food + Beverage Manager. Success in this role looks like accurate, well-timed service and guests who feel attended to from seating through payment. This is a seasonal position requiring weekend and holiday availability. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long. Responsibilities Excellence in Execution Capture guest orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams through point-of-sale technology. Execute opening and closing service duties with precision. Maintain a clean, well-organized service environment. Handle transaction completion accurately, managing payments efficiently. Complete waste management, inventory replenishment, and equipment maintenance. Serve First Warmly welcome guests and share daily specials and seasonal menu offerings. Offer personalized recommendations that match guest tastes and preferences. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address needs promptly.
