Overview The Lead Server combines hands-on table service with team leadership, mentoring servers while maintaining dining operations standards across the floor. This role reports to the Food + Beverage Manager and requires at least one year of proven server experience. Success in this role looks like a well-trained service team and consistent guest experience during peak periods. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Responsibilities Excellence in Execution Guide the team in following established procedures and maintaining equipment, tools, and workspace standards. Accurately document required records per Boyne and Health Department standards. Proactively monitor and report equipment conditions. Optimize inventory management through strategic planning, counting, organization, and stocking. Develop Great People Monitor team productivity and implement training programs with ongoing coaching. Conduct evaluations and observations that identify growth opportunities and recognize achievements. Mentor team members in quality standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation best practices.
